Vinkelkontaktkuglelejer er designet med løbebaner på de indre og ydre ringe, der er forskudt i forhold til hinanden langs lejeaksen. Denne konfiguration gør det muligt for lejet at optage kombinerede radiale og aksiale belastninger samtidigt. Ved at vælge forskellige kontaktvinkler kan lejet optimeres til specifikke driftsforhold, hvilket giver øget aksial belastningskapacitet og stabil ydeevne ved højere rotationshastigheder.
Disse lejer er meget udbredt i bilsystemer, elektriske motorer, pumper, værktøjsmaskiner, landbrugsmaskiner og andet industrielt udstyr, hvor både præcision og lastbærende evne er påkrævet. Afhængigt af applikationskravene kan vinkelkontaktkuglelejer leveres i enkeltrækkede, dobbeltrækkede eller matchede lejearrangementer.
BMT har specialiseret sig i fremstilling af lejer siden 2004 og leverer lejeløsninger til OEM-producenter, distributører og industrielle kunder over hele verden. Alle vinkelkontaktkuglelejer er fremstillet under ISO 9001 og IATF 16949 certificerede kvalitetsstyringssystemer. Produktionsprocesser omfatter råmaterialeinspektion, dimensionsmåling, vibrationstestning, støjtest og ydeevneverifikation for at sikre konsistens og overholdelse af kundespecifikationer. Vores produktionsfaciliteter har også bestået Ford Q1 og Bosch leverandøraudits.
